The position of lawyer in the modern market of legal services

The article discusses the question of obtaining сompetent legal assistance from a lawyer and a jurist. Analyzed requirements to the quality of services provided by lawyers, as well as specified guarantees of advocacy to ensure more quality services, such as lawyer’s request and attorney-client privilege.
