The actual aspects of preventive activity of the system of prosecution bodies

the Article is devoted to analysis of legal regulation in the sphere of organization and activity of Prosecutor's office system in the implementation of preventive measures. In particular, the prevention of crime indirectly holds in the exercise of prosecutorial supervision to prevent illegal actions against the rights and legitimate interests of legal entities. Direct preventive activity of system of bodies of Prosecutor's office is performed by the coordination of activities to combat crime, participation in legislative activities, conducting anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts. Analysis of existing legislation leads to the conclusion that prevention of the prosecution substantiate, but visible.
