Ochirov Erdni Pyurveevich  (Postgraduate student, Institute of state and law Russia Academy of Sciences)

author of this article review some legislation amendments (record registration of charge, protection of honest charge holder, charge by court order, subsequent pledge, priority of charges), put into effect from 01.07.2014. The author analyzes practice of application of legislation amendments. The author also review some problems of enforcement of charge legislation.
