Criteria of empirical meaningfulness and problem of definition of theoretical terms

Under condition of standard treatment of scientific theory, accepted in logical positivism, meaning of theoretical terms was defined on the basis of coordinative rules, presented as real definitions. These definitions were also designed to guarantee empirical meaningfulness of theoretical terms and to describe the number of experimental procedures, providing proper application of the theory to a certain domain. This problem turns to be resolvable only on condition that the verification theory of meaning would be discarded.
