Problems and opportunities of the development of the Russian-EU cooperation against transnational organized crime and terrorism

This article is dedicated to the question of the problems and opportunities of the development of the Russian-EU cooperation against transnational organized crime and terrorism. This article analyzes the necessity of the collective cooperation against abovementioned actions and the necessity of the cooperation between Russia and the EU, it examines current cooperation and reveals problems and opportunities. This article provides the examples of CSTO and SCO as the organizations which instruments could be used to develop Russian-EU cooperation against transnational organized crime and terrorism, and Russian-EU relations at large.
