The issue of contract of trust management of the land plots

the article reflects features and problems of the contract of trust management; the analysis of confidential property legal relationship is provided; separate types of trust management of the land plot it are characterized, the issues of trustee's responsibility are examined; the main essential terms of the contract of trust management of the land plots are defined; the offer on addition of the Civil code of the Russian Federation are made in this article.
