Legal aspects of activity of teaching staff of higher education

The article deals with topical issues of legal regulation of teaching staff of higher education. The author notes the features of conclusion of the employment contract, the qualification requirements for the teaching work, the method for determining the volume of training activities and the main types of research, teaching, methodological and other works, performed by professors and teaching staff.
