To the question about the criteria for the qualifications of silence of the legislator: the problem

The article deals with the problem of the lack of qualitative criteria of qualification of silence of the legislator. The existing approaches to the definition of qualified silence of the legislator are analyzed. Possible risks of application of this tool of legal equipment are given.
