Control and supervision in the system of measures of law enforcement of the state administration in the sphere of economy

In the presented work as author, on the basis of studying of rather big array of regulations and other sources, the analysis of a legal regulation of categories "control" and "supervision" which are widely used both in the theory is exercised, and in legislative activity, however still did not become the legal categories which are completely reflecting their terminological essence.
