Drawbacks of Russian legal doctrine of secondary liability

The article briefly deals with main problems of Russian legal doctrine of secondary liability, as well as in article was drawn a conclusion, that Russian legal doctrine of secondary liability has a number of shortcomings in comparison with tortious liability. Therefore, it is proposed to refuse of legal doctrine of secondary liability in favor of tortious liability.
