Features of the legal mechanisms of regional development banks

The article is devoted to the analysis of the international legal framework of the activities of regional financial organizations on the example of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank; identifying the main aspects of its legal status. The article discusses the legal nature of the development bank, identifies the features of the organizational structure of the BSTDB. The important role of Russia in participation in the BSTDB is underlined.
