Features of the execution of punishment in the form of forced labor

This article deals with topical issues, the enforcement of punishment in the form of forced labor - one of the fairly new types of criminal executive punishment, adopted in the context of the Concept for the Development of the Criminal Executive System of the Russian Federation until 2020. The article deals with the issues of legislative regulation of forced labor, the problems of sentencing and the execution of this type of punishment.
