Distortions in the decision-making process of the board of directors

The article considers the decision-making process by the board of directors as a social group, which is characterized by various kinds of distortions and problems. The analysis of distortions and problems arising in decision-making by the board of directors as a social group is carried out: distortions of individual decision-making by a person, distortions of group decision-making and distortions directly related to the company and the specifics of boards of directors.
