the article deals with judicial practice in connection with various violations associated with the provision of additional leave related to training, in particular, the aspects of reinstatement due to illegal dismissal. The constitutional right to education, the legal basis of the employer's obligation to provide time off with maintenance (or without maintenance) for the entrance exams to higher education institutions, graduate school, etc., licensed and accredited. The purpose of the article is to study the essence of absenteeism for reasons of training as a disciplinary offense, the allocation of its features, the analysis of the development of legal regulation of responsibility for absenteeism, as well as aspects of recovery at work due to absenteeism for reasons of training, and the formation of proposals for its improvement.
