Problems and prospects of rice cultivation on the example of Krasnodar territory and the Republic of Adygea

The state program of food security, calculated for the period up to 2020 inclusively, is practically fulfilled by target indicators. The next strategic goal is to develop foreign trade, increase exports of agricultural products, improve the quality of food. At the same time, domestic demand is also growing, which is due, among other things, to import substitution and improvement in the quality of domestic products. The introduction of modern technology and innovation, the development of science in the agricultural sector, the modernization of the industrial-technical complex of agriculture are currently the only way to increase food production with minimal use of natural capital.
