The migration crisis in Europe continues to be one of the most delicate problems which affects the economic, political and social situation in Europe. This article discusses the defects of migration legislation that could possibly prevent the resolution of the crisis. The current migration situation may help Europe in solving complicated problems and issues, but only with the appropriate legal mechanisms. The authors believe that the development of migration legislation which considers the rights and freedoms of migrants is the primary concern for Europe.
