Legal regulation of state support of export activities in the field of electronic commerce: russian and foreign experience

This article has developed proposals for improving the system of state regulation in the field of supporting Russian exports through electronic commerce channels. When developing the recommendations, foreign experience and modern world trends in the field of e-commerce development were taken into account. The proposed activities can be used to support small and medium-sized businesses in Russia, as well as in the development of regional and state e-commerce development strategies. The article was prepared based on the results of studies conducted at the expense of budget funds on the state order of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
