Types of legal presumptions and their classification

This article considers for the first time the complex qualification of legal presumptions. The significance of considering the classifications of legal presumptions is also due to the methodological significance of the research, which allows us to identify common features and patterns, and also helps to clarify the essence of the legal nature of legal presumption and their types.
