The impact of bim modeling on digital construction

The introduction of the digital economy is one of the most important factors in the development of the Russian economy. In construction, the core of the emerging common information space should be a technological platform based on the technology of information modeling of buildings and structures (BIM modeling). The paper considers the concept of information modeling and analyzes the legislation and the practical application of BIM modeling.
