Features of development of consolidation of lands in land reforms of Russia

The article explores the features of the development of agricultural land consolidation in land reforms in Russia. The stages of formation and types of agricultural land consolidation are considered on the basis of the experience of land reforms in the country. The benefits of land consolidation in the implementation of the socio-economic policy of the state in the field of land management and land relations are described. The methods and historical experience necessary for the successful implementation of agricultural land consolidation projects are listed. Provisions are noted that contribute to improving the mechanism for implementing agricultural land consolidation projects.
