On excluding certain qualifying features of crimes against the person from the Special part and making them part of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the analysis of differentiation of criminal responsibility for crimes against the person by means of qualifying features. Consider these potential areas for quality improvement of the system of aggravating circumstances as the exception of a few features from the Special part of the criminal code and the imposition of certain characteristics in the General part of the Code.
