Opportunities for the development of pre-trial dispute resolution and mediation technologies in the Russian Federation, taking into account foreign experience

The article considers the possibilities of development of pre-trial dispute settlement, as well as mediation technologies in the Russian Federation, taking into account foreign experience. The research methodology consists of comparative, formal-legal, analytical methods, and a systematic approach. The findings of the study can be used in law enforcement practice, as well as in the educational process.
