Features of the application of different methodologies for modeling business processes in the management of innovative enterprises

The activities of innovative enterprises are inextricably linked with the organization of the innovation process. In some cases, the activities of innovative enterprises fully correspond to one or more stages of the innovation process. Due to the specifics of innovation and innovation processes, the process approach is becoming one of the most effective approaches to managing innovative enterprises. The article reveals the content of the process approach and its features in the management of innovative enterprises. The features of various methodologies for modeling business processes in the management of innovative enterprises are presented.
