Administrative and legal acts of the subjects of the Russian Federation as special sources of regional legislation in the field of administrative offenses in the Far Eastern Federal District

The main administrative and legal acts of the subjects of the Russian Federation on the example of the Far Eastern Federal District are discussed in this article. In paper the current administrative legislation of 11 constituent entities of the Russian Federation is examined. The author identifies the main features in the structure of laws (codes) of the subjects of the Russian Federation, the order of adoption. In the process of work, the author uses the following methods: analysis, comparison.
