Unification of teachers' remuneration

The development of teachers' remuneration is analyzed, the regulatory framework of changes in remuneration is considered. The prospects of remuneration systems for teaching staff are determined from the point of view of the need and possibility of their unification. It is proposed to pay special attention to the streamlining of the salary structure when making changes.
