Countries' dual transition to digital and green economies: opportunities and threats

In modern economic conditions, countries with different levels of development are involved in a double transition to "green" and digital technologies. Science has become synonymous with modernity and economic competitiveness, even prestige. For developing countries, the dual green and digital transition accelerates the process of industrialization, which usually takes decades. However, for all countries, the dual transition requires a comprehensive approach to long-term economic planning and significant investments in infrastructure. The article examines the actions and activities of various states in the transition to a green and digital economy, and identifies its risks.
