Definition of vehicle, exploitaion of vehicle and public transport when qualifying the actions of transport hooligans (par. "c" of p. 1 of art. 213, art. 267.1 of the Criminal Code)

The article deals with problematic issues of interpretation of the definition of vehicles, their exploitation, definition of public transport, based on the specifics of the place of committing transport hooliganism, as well as the dispositions of par. "b" of p. 1 of Art. 213 and Art. 267.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
