The problematic aspects of the implementation of collective labor rights of employees are considered. Changing labor relations under the influence of digitalization, robotization and other technological changes leads to the separation of employees, reduces the willingness to act in solidarity and complicates the implementation of collective labor rights of employees. The strengthening of the influence of the trade union movement is possible with a change in the forms and methods of work of trade unions and a decrease in the rigidity of legal regulation of social partnership relations.
