Innovative approaches to budget planning and forecasting in autonomous institutions

The article is devoted to the consideration of innovative approaches and methods that are used in the process of budget planning and forecasting in autonomous institutions. Special attention in the research process is given to the possibilities and advantages of innovative approaches. Such a method as scenario planning is also considered in detail. The most acceptable practices for autonomous institutions are identified, namely: sensitivity analysis to a single variable, multilevel analysis based on yield drivers, planning based on initiatives. In addition, special emphasis is placed on the difficulties and problems of scripting in autonomous institutions.
