In this article, the author puts forward a hypothesis according to which one of the main conditions for attracting qualified personnel in the field of medical business is a developed, effective corporate culture. The purpose of this study is to analyze the corporate culture in the medical business as a condition for attracting qualified personnel. a systematic literature review and content analysis, as well as an analysis of the corporate cultures of medical organizations in the city of Tula, helped to identify the main vectors and formulate recommendations for the formation and development of such a corporate culture of medical organizations that would help attract the most qualified specialists with key skills and knowledge. The article details the proposed recommendations.
