The main types and role of payment systems in the implementation of modern settlement relations

The article defines the main types of payment systems and identifies the role of payment systems in the implementation of modern settlement relations, as well as the author's interpretation of payment systems. At the same time, the need to ensure an appropriate level of management of payment systems is briefly justified, appropriate actions to work with ensuring the necessary level of management of payment systems are highlighted, each of which must be taken into account when developing measures to improve payment systems. The advantages and disadvantages of the main types of payment systems are considered.
