Relationship of the concepts “medical service” and “medical care

The relationship between the concepts of "medical service" and "medical care", as well as the scope of concepts included in the definitions of "medical service" and "medical care" is considered. The author concluded that the concepts under consideration are identical. The influence of judicial practice on the feedback principle is analyzed.
