Management in the sphere of the family as a way to overcome crisis

the article defines and substantiates the reason for the insufficient effectiveness of measures to overcome the crisis state of the family and remove its consequences, which consists in the inconsistency of measures and principles of managerial influence with the nature and logic of the life of the family as a natural organization, structure and principles of functioning of its social mechanism. The article argues and argues the need to bring the management strategy in the family sphere into line with the logic of family life for the sake of long-term and sustainable overcoming of the crisis in the family and marriage sphere.
