CORPORATE NORM AS A BASIS FOR RECOGNIZING INFORMATION AS A TRADE SECRET

The problem of implementing corporate norms for the recognition and protection of information constituting a trade secret remains relevant. The paper systematizes the legal mechanisms for the protection of commercially significant information. The role of the corporate norm for the tasks of recognizing information as a trade secret is clarified. The patterns that complicate the recognition of information as a trade secret are highlighted.
