In terms of ensuring the safety of society, in accordance with the Concept of Public Safety in the Russian Federation, one of the main activities of the state is the prevention of homelessness and neglect of minors, as well as the commission of antisocial actions and offenses by them. The article is devoted to the problems related to the criminal prosecution of minors and their sentencing
