THE ROLE OF COLLECTIVISM IN THE FORMATION OF CREATIVE COMPANIE’S WORK IN MODERN RUSSIAN CONDITIONS

The article shows collectivism as the basis of the primacy of social existence in relation to social consciousness, where the terms collectivism, mutual assistance, mutual respect and mercy are considered to be traditional values. Collectivism itself overcomes its formation in various periods, forcing us to talk about community and religious ethics - conciliarity, forming collectivization as a phenomenon of social life.
