THELEGAL NATURE OF HONOR, DIGNITY AND BUSINESS REPUTATION AS AN INSTITUTION OF CIVIL LAW

In the era of modernity, freedom of speech and information, protecting the honor and dignity of individuals, as well as maintaining an entrepreneurial image, become critically important. The Russian legal system in particular is built on fundamental respect for individual human rights and freedoms. However, we are faced with problems when legal issues are identified that the law is not able to resolve due to the obsolescence of existing legislation. Protecting the honor and business image of enterprises and private entrepreneurs is in the foreground. One of the results of this change was the rules on individual rights and their protection, which are built into sectoral laws.
