MODELING OF A PROMISING INSTITUTIONAL ENVIRONMENT IN RUSSIA: THEORY AND PRACTICE

The scientific article reveals the essence of the institutional environment. The assessment of experts modeling the institutional environment with the presentation of practical examples on projects in Russia is carried out. The experience of scientific organizations in specific projects is considered. Measures are proposed to ensure innovative and technological development.
