The relevance of the article is due to the fact that interpersonal relationships in an organization can be both constructive and destructive, the latter leading to conflicts in the organization. At this stage of development, conflicts in organizations arise quite often, which actualizes the problem of understanding conflict management technologies. The article presents five stages of conflict development, as well as their characteristic features, and analyzes three main technologies for managing conflicts in an organization: normative or moral and legal, realistic, idealistic. The necessity of combining different technologies and methods of conflict management to improve the effectiveness of these processes is substantiated.
