THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE EXPRESSION OF WILL IN THE DIGITAL AGE

The article is devoted to the study of the transformation of the concept of expression of will in the context of digitalization of public relations. The author analyzes the legal nature of the expression of will, its correlation with the internal will of participants in civil relations. Special attention is paid to the consideration of the features of the expression of will when using smart contracts, as well as the problems of legal regulation of this institution. The paper substantiates the need to ensure the rule of law over technological tools, while maintaining opportunities for the development of smart contracts within the legal framework.
