PROBLEMS OF RESEARCHING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF USING ACCESSORY RELATIONSHIPS

The work describes certain methodological problems that arise in the process of studying the effectiveness of the use of accessory connections in legal relations. The initial principles for the very process of establishing the presence or absence of effectiveness of the rules of law on accessory connection in a specific legal relationship are presented. A conclusion is made about the need to distinguish the concept of the effectiveness of accessory communication from its other useful and significant properties and characteristics. The possibilities of using basic methods and techniques of scientific research are shown in order to establish the effectiveness of applying the rules of law on accessory communication. A description of the external and internal conditions for the effectiveness of the rules on establishing an accessory connection is proposed..
