The purpose of this study is to comprehensively examine the role and impact of technological innovation in the food industry. It can be said that the technologies used in the food industry have evolved along with other technological developments. Additionally, it has been observed that technological innovations such as Augmented Reality, Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Smart Apps and 3D Printers have been adopted and started to be used at the industry level. When assessed in this context, it can be said that the food industry has adapted to digitalization and these innovations will continue in the future. The study used quantitative methods such as statistical analysis, SPSS analysis, regression analysis as well as qualitative methods such as observation, induction and deduction.
