PROACTIVE BUDGETING IN THE REPUBLIC OF CRIMEA: DEVELOPMENT DYNAMICS AND PROSPECTS

The article analyzes the dynamics of development and prospects of initiative budgeting in the Republic of Crimea. The author notes the positive dynamics of the development and functioning of the practice of initiative budgeting. The author focuses on the fact that the practice of proactive budgeting contributes to the involvement of civil society in budget decision-making. Proactive budgeting in the Republic of Crimea contributes to the improvement and modernization of the infrastructure of settlements, the development of civil society and confidence building in the government.
