PARAMETERS FOR BALANCING INNOVATION PROJECTS PORTFOLIO

The paper explores modern approaches to project portfolio management, providing characteristics of the main processes that ensure an effective management process. The critical role of portfolio balancing parameters at all stages of its life cycle is demonstrated. Balancing the project portfolio is of particular importance in managing innovation projects, which require a balance between traditional risk and reward parameters as well as innovation parameters. The article proposes parameters for balancing the innovation portfolio, taking into account the requirements of national and global systems regarding the quality, quantity, and speed of implementing the innovations.
