TOOLS AND TECHNOLOGIES OF DIGITALIZATION IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF STATISTICAL COMPUTING

The article systematizes the possibilities and directions of using digitalization tools and technologies in statistical computing. A normative definition of the concept of digitalization is presented, it is noted that the main criteria for the use of digitalization tools and technologies in statistical computing are ensuring an increase in computing productivity and increasing the precision of calculations. The most significant tools and technologies for digitalization of statistical computing for today and in the future are identified, their key characteristics are described, and possible directions of organizational and technological assistance for wider implementation are indicated. The necessity of developing sovereign technologies for digital statistical analysis and calculations, together with the replication and scaling of promising laboratory developments, turning into full-fledged software, convenient and accessible to a wide range of professional users, is stated.
