THE MAIN ASPECTS OF THE HUMAN FACTOR IN THE CONTEXT OF ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT

The article examines the theoretical aspects of the human factor in the conditions of organizational management of an enterprise. At the heart of any enterprise is the human factor, encompassing the collective knowledge, skills and behavioral competencies of individuals involved in management. The importance of the human factor as a key element within the broader field of management science is considered, since it has a significant impact on the effectiveness of the organization and the decision-making process.
