TO THE RELATIONS BETWEEN POVERTY, HUMAN RIGHTS AND HUMAN DIGNITY

Sharkevich Daria Vladimirovna  (Postgraduate student, Department of Theory and History of State and Law Siberian Federal University, Krasnoyarsk, Russia )

the article substantiates three ideas. Poverty as a violation of the basic rights to food (life), housing (property), health as well as the right to development contributes to the violation of human dignity. Factors leading to the violation of human dignity are violations of the rights to freedom of choice, education, labor, political participation and security. Poverty arising from the non-realization of rights does not affect human dignity when these rights are not realized by people by their will, but at the same time are legally ensured by the state.

Keywords:poverty, human rights, dignity, right to development, equality, hierarchy of human rights
