DEVELOPMENT OF AN AUTHOR'S APPROACH TO HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT IN INDUSTRIES

The article presents current methodological principles of human capital management in companies of various industries. This study is devoted to the formation of the author's approach to human capital management in industries. The article contains areas of activity of industrial enterprises in the field of human capital management. Solving socially significant problems requires elaboration of five issues in the context of the study: areas of activity of industrial enterprises in the field of human capital management; narrow and broad formulation of the author's approach to human capital management; parameters of human capital management efficiency in industrial enterprises; formulation of management goals based on the SMART concept; author's algorithm for human capital management in industries.
