The article examines the relevance of a seemingly banal question – "Why is it so important to comply with labor protection requirements?" using the example of gas stations. The purpose of the article is the review and information process. In our opinion, the study of the above issue will contribute to attracting public attention to the implementation of appropriate occupational safety measures, and as a result – ensuring maximum safety in the workplace. At the same time, at enterprises that belong to the category of "hazardous production facilities", the relevance of the presented topic is beyond doubt, since the preservation of the health and life of employees depends on how effectively the occupational safety and health management system is organized. Within the framework of this article, a brief information fund is presented on the main features of the QMS, including an overview of practical material on emergencies and accidents at gas stations.
