Digitalization of personnel management in modern conditions contributes to increasing the competitiveness of the company and creates conditions for its sustainable growth. The article presents the advantages of the introduction of digital technologies in personnel management, including the example of large Russian organizations. However, despite the positive impact of digitalization on personnel management processes, there are some problems in this area: resistance to change, data security (cybersecurity), problems of integration with existing systems, problems of high cost of implementation, loss of an individual approach to personnel, lack of qualified personnel and skills of employees to work with new technologies. Based on the identified problems, appropriate recommendations were given, namely: organization of trainings and educational programs, involvement of employees in the process of selecting and implementing technologies, implementation of strict information security protocols, regular software updates, training employees in the basics of cybersecurity, conducting an analysis of return on investment before implementation, phased technology implementation, implementation of mentoring programs and cooperation with educational institutions to improve the skills of employees. Overcoming these challenges will allow organizations to effectively use digital technologies to improve personnel management.
